To make a return submit your return request HERE with your email address and order number.

You have 7 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.

For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available.

Shipping postage will be the sole reposnibility of the customer.

If you receive wrong size, wrong item or damage product.

Steppin Fancy Boutique will cover all return cost.

Once we have received your return please allow up to 1-3 business days for your store credit to be issued.

Most shoes, and accessories are returnable within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn and ship back in the orginial packaging.

All items must be return in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Our shipping process time is 3-5 days.
